Bear Creek Park

Bear Creek Park is a 19-acre community park in southwest Meridian that offers a variety of outdoor activities for families, athletes, and nature lovers. With playgrounds, sports fields, walking paths, a seasonal disc golf course, and plenty of open green space, it’s a fantastic destination for recreation, picnics, and active play.

Good to Know: The picnic shelter is available to rent and may be used on a first-come, first-served basis when not reserved. Shelters are closed daily from 2:00–4:00 p.m. for cleaning. Bear Creek Park also offers reservable softball fields and a multi-use athletic field for organized games and events, while the basketball courts remain open for public use. During the cooler months, visitors can enjoy the park’s popular seasonal 9-hole disc golf course, typically open from October through March.
