Discovery Center of Idaho

Discovery Center of Idaho in downtown Boise is a hands-on science center where families can explore science, technology, engineering, math and creativity together. The center combines changing world-class exhibitions with interactive experiences created in its Micron Innovation Lab, giving children and adults opportunities to experiment, investigate and discover.

💡 Good to Know

• Regular hours are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• General admission is $27 for adults, $24 for seniors age 65 and older, and $18 for youth ages 2–17. Children under 2 and members are free.
• EBT cardholders may receive $5 admission for up to four people. Military and AAA discounts may also be available.
• Sensory-friendly hours are offered Tuesdays from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Exhibitions change throughout the year, so check the current lineup and hours before visiting.
