Good to Know
The indoor visitor center operates seasonally from spring through late summer, while outdoor displays are available year-round. There is no entrance fee and no potable water. Access requires about 22 miles on a narrow, steep paved Idaho Power road along Hells Canyon Reservoir after crossing into Idaho near Oxbow.
