Revised September 27, 2026

These terms govern paid Featured Partner Listings offered by Idaho Family Fun Directory LLC under the public brand Idaho Family Fun Directory. A purchase or written acceptance of these terms forms the agreement between the business customer (“Business”) and Idaho Family Fun Directory LLC (“Directory”).

1. Program and eligibility

The Directory may accept or decline a business based on relevance, family suitability, accuracy, legal or safety concerns, available placement, and the Directory’s editorial standards. A Featured Partner badge identifies paid participation; it is not a favorable review, certification, or endorsement. Where the paid nature of placement would otherwise be unclear, a clear paid-advertising disclosure will accompany the Featured Partner label.

2. Price and term

The first 10 qualifying businesses may join as Founding Partners and receive a Featured Partner Listing for $149 for 12 months. After those spaces are filled, the regular price is $249 for 12 months. The paid term begins on activation. Payment is a one-time annual charge; renewal is not automatic.

3. Founding-rate protection

A Founding Partner may renew at $149 annually while it remains eligible and renews continuously, including payment within the 14-day grace period after expiration. If payment is not received by the end of that grace period, the founding rate is forfeited. A later enrollment is offered, if eligible, at the then-current regular price.

4. Included services

5. Exclusions and editorial control

The program does not include custom photography, custom guides or sponsored articles, unlimited changes, ongoing social-media management, individual reports, guaranteed traffic, clicks, leads, bookings, attendance, or sales, promised homepage placement, or a favorable review. Payment for Featured Partner status does not influence independent editorial coverage, recommendations, reviews, or inclusion in editorial articles. The Directory controls site design, category structure, ordering, wording, presentation, and social scheduling, while preserving factual accuracy.

6. Materials, permissions, and factual review

The Business must supply complete information, one logo, up to five photos, required credits, and one primary-action destination within 14 calendar days after payment. A reminder may be sent around day 7. The Business represents that it owns or has permission to authorize use of all supplied materials and grants the Directory a nonexclusive license to use them for the listing and included social spotlight during the term.

The Directory will provide one consolidated factual-review opportunity before activation and request a response within five business days, with one reminder when needed. The Business remains responsible for the accuracy of its information and must promptly request factual corrections.

7. Activation and incomplete orders

The Directory will aim to activate the listing within 10 business days after receiving complete materials. If materials remain incomplete for 30 days after payment, the Directory may cancel the order, issue a full refund, and reopen the space. If the Directory cannot deliver within 30 days after receiving complete materials, the Business may allow additional time or request a full refund.

8. Refunds

For an initial purchase, the Business may request a full refund before activation or within 14 calendar days after activation. The included social spotlight is normally held until that refund period ends. After the 14-day period, payments are nonrefundable and are not prorated, including when the Business closes, changes ownership, stops responding, or asks to end the listing early. If Featured status ends, the Business’s free standard listing remains, subject to the same accuracy, eligibility, safety, and removal standards that apply to all free listings.

For each renewal, the Business may request a full refund of the renewal payment before the renewed term begins or within 14 calendar days after it begins. After that window, the renewal payment is nonrefundable and is not prorated, subject to the remedies in these Terms. A renewal paid within the grace period continues immediately after the prior term ends; payment does not restart the term or the refund window. The Directory will state the renewed term dates and refund deadline with the renewal payment request.

9. Social spotlight and disclosure

The included spotlight consists of one coordinated Facebook and Instagram presentation during the first paid year, normally after the 14-day post-activation refund window. The Directory controls copy, design, timing, and rescheduling; the Business verifies factual claims. The presentation will clearly identify the paid advertising relationship, using a prominent label such as “Ad” or “Paid advertisement” and any applicable platform disclosure tools. Pinterest, repeat posts, ongoing social management, and guaranteed reach or engagement are not included.

10. Tracking and results

The Directory does not provide individual performance reports or guarantee results. The Business is responsible for its own attribution and analytics. If the Business supplies a working tracking URL, the Directory may display it but does not maintain, analyze, or report on it.

11. Renewal and expiration

The Directory will generally invite renewal about 30 days before expiration. Featured status expires at the end of its term unless renewed. A 14-day grace period follows expiration; during that period the Directory may temporarily leave Featured features visible or remove them. Renewal is effective only after payment and continued eligibility are confirmed. If Featured status ends, the free standard listing remains subject to the Directory’s ordinary free-listing standards. A continuous renewal, including one paid during the grace period, begins immediately after the prior term ends. The renewal invitation will state the new term dates and the renewal-refund deadline.

12. Changes, suspension, and removal

The Directory may correct obvious errors, remove unsafe, unlawful, misleading, infringing, or outdated content, and suspend or remove a listing when continued publication could harm users or the Directory. Material program changes will not reduce a paid partner’s core purchased term without a reasonable remedy.

13. Contact and records

Questions, factual updates, refund requests, and renewal requests should be sent to directorysites@outlook.com. The Directory’s payment record, accepted terms, supplied permissions, activation date, and communications constitute the program record.
