Settler’s Grove Interpretive Trail in the Idaho Panhandle National Forests leads through an old-growth cedar grove where some giant trees date back to the era of Columbus. The trail follows West Fork Eagle Creek through dense forest and crosses the creek several times on rustic wooden footbridges.

Good to Know
The trail is for foot traffic only; horses, mountain bikes, and motorized vehicles are prohibited, and camping is not allowed. The lower trail area has an improved restroom and expanded parking. Access is via forest roads, so seasonal road and weather conditions should be checked before visiting.
