- Tour availability is separate from visitor-center access. Call 208-476-1255 for the current schedule and arrange school or group visits ahead of time.
- The Corps lists a maximum of eight people on public tours, photo-ID requirements and closed-toe shoes. Foreign-national tour arrangements require advance paperwork; contact the center before planning a tour.
- Tours involve about three-quarters of a mile of walking. Cell service is limited.
