- Pick up the required free cave permit here during business hours before entering Indian Tunnel or Dewdrop Cave. Other caves are closed under the current NPS notice.
- Drinking water is currently available at the visitor center. Vending machines are listed; do not count on a full meal service.

- Ask staff for braille guides, film audio description or assistive listening devices. Museum audiovisual presentations have captions.
