💡 Good to Know

  • The city schedules splash-pad operation from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Its published 2026 season ended September 7; plan a playground or walking outing instead of relying on water play.
  • Ann Morrison is the take-out for the summer float from Barber Park. The rental and shuttle operator lists September 7 as its final service day for 2026. Do not rely on a shuttle outside that season.
  • Respect wildlife and avoid feeding ducks, geese, or other animals.
  • Greenbelt access connects with other Boise parks.
  • Reserve the picnic shelter for gatherings and special events.
