2026-27 season update (checked October 15, 2026): On October 15, 2026, Bogus Basin's winter operating-hours page lists the lifts, tubing hill, Frontier Point trails and mountain lodges as closed. The downtown sales and leasing office is listed daily 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Office hours do not indicate mountain activities are open. Check the official operating-hours page for opening announcements. 💡 Good to Know
- The mountain destination is 1754 Bogus Basin Road, about 16 miles above Boise. The office at 2600 N Bogus Basin Road is downtown, not the mountain.
- For the coaster, solo riders must be at least 54 inches tall. Passengers must be at least age 3 and 38 inches tall, with a driver at least age 16 and 54 inches tall. Read all weight, health and waiver requirements before buying.
- Lift-served bike riding requires helmets, an appropriate off-road bicycle and a waiver. Children under 12 need an accompanying adult.
- Check mountain and road conditions before traveling; availability depends on weather and season.
