- Dogs must be leashed. Alcohol is prohibited. Remove animal waste and other trash.
- Reservation conflict: The city information sheet says the arena cannot be reserved. However, the fee schedule currently linked by the city, adopted November 9, 2023, lists Horse Complex reservations at $50 per day for residents and nonresidents, plus a refundable $350 cleaning/damage deposit.
