Lakeview Park is Nampa’s oldest park, with more than 44 acres for playground visits, picnics, garden walks, and sports. The city lists its address as 1304 7th Street North, near the Garrity entrance into Nampa.
Choose a part of the park
For an easy family outing, combine the playground or StoryWalk with the pond and rose garden. Other facilities include an outdoor fitness gym, sports courts and fields, restrooms, and picnic areas. Les Goodman baseball field is on the south side near the water park; the horseshoe area is east of 16th Avenue in Maple Grove.
Picnics and swimming are separate plans
Covered picnic shelters can be reserved, and larger gatherings should confirm availability in advance. The park’s outdoor hours are sunrise to sunset.
Lakeview Water Park is a separate seasonal swimming facility within the larger park. Its admission, sessions, and summer closing date do not determine whether the surrounding playground and picnic areas are available. Check the pool’s own schedule before promising a swim.
