Boot Hill Park

Boot Hill Park is an open-field sports park beside Star Cemetery, near the northeast corner of Plummer Road and Floating Feather Road. Families are most likely to use it for a scheduled game, practice, or other field activity.

Finding your team’s field

Star Recreation’s location guide distinguishes numbered fields and north and south playing areas at Boot Hill. Check the field assignment with your coach before leaving, since “Boot Hill” alone may not tell you which sideline to meet at.

The recreation guide uses 9400 W. Floating Feather Road as a next-door reference. Follow your organizer’s directions to the park entrance and gravel parking area rather than treating that neighboring address as the entrance.

What to bring for a game

The park has a large grass sports area and portable restrooms. Bring drinking water and a portable chair for watching play. If someone in your group needs a firm route from parking or an accessible restroom, confirm those arrangements with the organizer before attending.

For informal play, check whether the fields are being used by a league or reserved activity. Leave space around active games and keep younger siblings outside the playing boundaries.
