Centennial Waterfront Park sits on the floor of the Snake River Canyon in Twin Falls, surrounded by towering canyon walls with impressive views of the Perrine Bridge and Perrine Coulee Falls. The park is a major access point for recreation on the Snake River, with a playground, picnic areas, boat launches, fishing access, hiking opportunities, and plenty of open space for families to enjoy the canyon setting. It is also a popular starting point for kayaking and paddleboarding toward Pillar Falls and other destinations along the river.

• 🛶 Centennial Waterfront Park is a popular launching point for paddling beneath the Perrine Bridge and toward Pillar Falls. Reaching areas farther upstream can require portaging and more advanced paddling, so families should choose a route appropriate for their experience and current river conditions.
• 🏊 Swimming is not permitted from either the motorized or non-motorized boat-launch areas. Fishing is also prohibited directly from the launch ramps and docks. These restrictions were reaffirmed in Twin Falls County’s updated 2025 water-safety ordinance.
• 🚤 Jet skis and similar personal watercraft are prohibited, and sections of the river around the park have no-wake and speed restrictions.
• 🐕 Dogs are welcome but must remain on a leash.
• 🌅 Twin Falls County parks are generally open dawn to dusk, with winter access dependent on road and weather conditions. The county currently lists Centennial’s winter hours as 8:00 a.m. to dark, weather permitting.
• 🚗 The drive into the canyon follows Canyon Springs Road and descends to the canyon floor, so use extra caution during poor weather or icy conditions.
