💡 Good to Know
- ISDA reports the treatment-related river closure ended September 18, 2026. That does not resolve the separate park-construction notice; call Twin Falls County Parks at 208-734-9491.
- Watercraft must be inspected before launching and decontaminated after leaving the regulated river zone. The free service also applies to equipment that touches the water; check current station hours.
- When access is open, county guidance requires watercraft off the water 30 minutes before dark. Keep launch ramps and docks clear; follow posted swimming, fishing and boating restrictions.
- The steep canyon road can be difficult in icy weather. Verify park and rental operations before planning a paddling trip.
