Hunter's Creek Sports Complex

Hunter’s Creek Sports Complex is an 18-acre active recreation complex in Star with baseball fields, batting cages, soccer fields, a playground, skatepark, walking path, outdoor exercise equipment, and large grassy areas. It is designed primarily for sports and active recreation, but the playground, walking areas, and open space also give families options beyond organized games.

The complex includes the Tom Erlebach Skatepark, along with a reservable shade structure nearby. A seasonal concession stand adds convenience during busier sports periods, and a small free book library gives families another feature to enjoy while visiting.

Hunter’s Creek Sports Complex is open from dawn to dusk. Sports fields and organized activities must be coordinated through the City of Star Sports Department.

Because this is an active sports complex, families should expect it to be busier during league games, practices, tournaments, and other scheduled activities. The playground, walking path, skatepark, and grassy areas still provide useful recreation options for families who are not participating in organized sports.

Dogs are not allowed at Hunter’s Creek Sports Complex.
